COACHING AND MENTORING
LIFE AND WELLBEING COACHING
I offer one-to-one, online coaching sessions for anyone involved in dance who needs support in making positive change. Sessions are generally focused on enhancing wellbeing, reducing stress and anxiety, and finding better work-life balance, but are tailored to your needs. I use a combination of coaching techniques and strategies from cognitive behavioural therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy to help you achieve quick results.
Coaching sessions are £60/hr. A typical coaching journey lasts 6 sessions but can be extended if required.
RESEARCH AND CAREER MENTORING
I am delighted to be a mentor for the IADMS Early Career Mentoring programme. Applications for the programme are now closed but if you feel you would benefit from careers-focused support, I offer research and career mentoring over a 6-12 month period. Mentoring is primarily for early career individuals who would benefit from guidance in establishing an academic career and research profile.
Mentoring sessions are £60/hr.
